Dearmond received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Chief Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. , is pleased to announce the selection of Regina S. Edwards as the United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Kentucky. Edwards will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Dave Whalin . Edwards graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky obtaining bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology.
