Hayden is an distinguished trial attorney who focuses his practice on business disputes, with a particular expertise in the areas of products liability and competitive practices/unfair competition. He has been lead trial counsel in more than 25 jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants and has one of the largest jury verdicts in a commercial dispute in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
