Burton will be practicing in the fields of commercial and healthcare litigation. She is a graduate of the KBA Annual Student Writing Competition University of Louisville and the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Shirooni has over 20 years of litigation experience in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati in the areas of automobile accident litigation, premises liability, products liability, and medical negligence. She also practices domestic relations law in both Ohio and Kentucky, and is an original member of the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals. Since 2009, Shirooni has been a certified mediator, mediating personal injury and domestic relations cases. This competition ofers these Kentucky legal scholars the opportunity to earn recognition and a cash award. First, second, and third place awards will be given.
