Bruce E. Smith Law Offices, PLLC announces that Henry E. Smith has joined the practice in Nicholasville and will work on planning and zoning issues, elder law, and education law, as well as general civil litigation. Smith holds an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law. He previously worked as a staff attorney in Fayette Circuit Court for Chief Regional Circuit Judge Thomas L. Clark. Jennifer L. Brinkley has accepted a position with Martin Management Group in Bowling Green as manager of human resource administration. Brinkley will be responsible for the administration of Martin Management Group's employee benefit programs for 450 employees in six states. She will provide guidance on employment-related issues and will be responsible for the organization's compliance with labor rules and regulations.
